Virtual number, no "free for 30 days" option

I tried to get an answer through support, but they aren't responding.

I was advised to get a "free for 30 days" virtual number until my number is ported. I went to vPanel, but the only options are $3.95 monthly, and $24 yearly.

Is there something I'm missing to get the free for 30 days? I'd like to forward my current number/service to the virtual number so I can use the VOIPo service until the number is actually ported.

If you account was not flagged as a porting account from the beginning for some reason it would not have the option for a temporary number in vPanel.

Just contact support and they can manually assign a number.
