My voipo device has been out for about 14 hours. I submitted a trouble ticket, but have had no response. No live chat available. Hoping it won't be too much longer. We have internet, but no phone.

Everything is fine with my service. Have you tried rebooting your devices (modem, router, ATA), and are the lights working on the ATA?
Always helpful to know the hook-up from modem to ATA including the type of modem and ATA.
It puts ideas in perspective.
I expect you've had this setup working and unchanged for months?
I expect you have a ticket in too?
Inbound is likely a NAT related issue. Correction, this is in and out I see.
Yes, this was basically a plug-in-play for me. It found home and has stayed that way until last night. Turned out to be a port conflict on voipo's end with my device. Once it was resolved all was ok again.
