Suggestion for Voicemail time limits

Make VM have a settable record time in minutes thru vPanel.

0 = Outgoing message only.

1-5 minutes for incoming limit.

That way a phone can function as an announcement
"I am no longer in Florida, please call 519-555-1234"

Or: "This number is no longer assigned to an active account"

I'm sure there are many other uses.

1 minute messages just ensure those telemarketer non-human calls don't eat up unnecessary minutes.
