who is using reseller account and charging monthly fees for voip modems

I just want to know who is on the reseller account and charges if you guys charge for monthly fees for the modem? if so how much are you charging customers for that monthly fee.

Most VoIP providers charge a setup fee...not many do a monthly fee.

see I was going to resell to my WISP customers so I would say WISP would charge something like that.
