I can't get my new Grandstream GXP1400 to authenticate on the network. Anyone have a Grandstream phone tell me what fields they filled in for the SIP account to get it to work with Voipo? I've tried various combinations without any luck.
Also, which codecs should be on and off?
Any other suggestions to make this work?

All I did was copy and paste the config fields from the Grandstream HT502 that came with the account and it works fine. Make sure all the fields on every page match up and it will work like a charm.Quote:

I don't know anything about this device, but I would try:
SIP SERVER: sip.voipwelcome.com
SIP USER ID: your phone number
AUTHENTICATE ID: your BYOD password
AUTHENTICATE PASSWORD: your BYOD password
Leave the other fields blank. It may be that your BYOD password is locked out due to your tinkering. I would disable BYOD in vPanel, and then re-enable to have it regenerate another BYOD password.
