Have not been able to get incoming calls for over 12 hours now.
I have contacted tech support 3 times since 10.11 am, the only response was
"Hello,
Are you experiencing the same exact issues?
Please advise.
Thanks!"
I replied at 12.36 pm and 3.44 pm.
