Simul Ring Feature slow speech behavior

I want to use the Simul Ring and I set it up correctly and it rings my cell phone but when I answer it goes through a recording that is announcing what might be the number that is calling but I have yet to get the feature to work after answering. It speaks so slow AND I have to wait to get the option to press 1 that by the time the message is finished the caller is long gone and it takes me to my cell phone's voice mail instead. Arrgh! So, I turned it off.

Is there anyway to bypass the recording or at least give her some speed or make the hitting a number, 1 or whatever, available immediately to bypass the slow speech?

I am trying out Simul Ring and also find the slow voice announcement making it unusable. Anyway to bypass or make it an option? - Thank you!
