Yealink sip phone setup

So I got my sip credentials, and yes I am a newbie to sip/IP phone setup.
I have a yealink T32G and the doesnt seem to be enough info in the credentials
Certainly not as easy as I had hoped.

Things like:
Register Name (I assume is my phone number) - described as SIP service subscriber's ID used for authentication.
User Name (I assume is my phone number) - described as User account, provided by VoIP service provider.

Sip server incoming.voipwelcome.com or should that be the my sip:number@incoming.voipwelcome.com ?
I have tried both and still failing registration.

I assume I do not need stun.

Has anyone configured a yealink with voipo?
