Send / Recieve SMS from Control Panel

Hi!

I've found the new SMS feature very useful, including the email forwarding. This week I tried to use it once again, and there's no longer a pane to enter text, nor is there a phone to send-to box. Thinking maybe Firefox was flaky, I tried in Internet Explorer with the same results.

So: did we do away with this beta feature; or is my configuration somehow hosed up?

This feature has been broken since at least 3/29/2013, when I submitted a ticket to support. To date, there has been NO RESPONSE to that ticket.
