Basically our developers was working on adding a "Call Recording" feature that would deposit the call recordings into voicemail and injected test recordings into all mailboxes on a backup VM server (I believe thinking it was not live). Since it was, it sent out the notifications to everyone.
Sorry about that. I'm going to discuss this with him to make sure he is triple checking anything done even on dev servers.
It went to everyone.

Additional problem:
It has turned on all of our message waiting lights and stutter tone. When you dial into 123, it does not acknowledge that you have these messages so you can't "delete them".
I tried deleting them in VPANEL and they just "stay there".
This is something that could cause a needless spike in support calls for Voipo....
Plus we all need to shut off our MWI lamps.
Re: Just received 5 Broacast messages to e-mail
I was just getting ready to put in a helpdesk ticket to delete the message so my vmail light went off.
Please let us know if we need to do anything to get these delted and our lights reset. I also tried deleting them, but no go.

I've got the same issues and now cannot delete them or turn off the MWI lights
Re: Just received 5 Broacast messages to e-mail
They will be gone shortly.
Re: Just received 5 Broacast messages to e-mail
I just noticed both of my phone port lights are flashing steady like its doing a firmware upgrade. Also I have never paid attention to the message waiting tone but after 5 seconds it goes to a solid dial tone. Is that normal?
Re: Just received 5 Broacast messages to e-mail
Got them too. But they all were for an old temp number I had before my main line number ported over. My Blackberry was going nuts! I didn't get any on my main line that I ported or my virtual number.

The port lights are flashing in unison to indicate you have voicemail on both lines. This is nice if you don't have a phone with MWI.
The solid dial tone after a few bouncing beeps is normal.
Re: Just received 5 Broacast messages to e-mail
Woops, sorry, too quick on the trigger finger. Thanks for the explanation Tim. I had to reboot my ATA to get rid of the MWI and stutter tone. Everything is cool now.
Weird, I got 4 of them, no attachments, just email and sms notifications which is the way I have my account setup. Here is one of the messages below with x's replacing my account/phone number.

These should be all deleted now.
Sorry again for the inconvenience.
