Same problem here. I will open a ticket.

I've had no incoming CNAM since being switched to the Chicago server. My phone displays "Unknown Name" but does display the phone number.

It seems like one of our upstream providers has changed the format they are sending calls to us in and the field we are checking for the number to do the cnam lookup on is not showing the number now.

To fix this, we need to add a handler for checking the other fields in the headers as well. If you are not seeing the names, this should be fixed first thing Monday morning.

This issue should now be fully resolved. Please advise if you guys are experiencing otherwise, thanks!
