I have 411 routed to GOOG411 number.
Calling the department store TARGET gets GOOG411
- 454-1133
- 734-454-1133
- 1-734-454-1133
All get routed to GOOG411
I know this has been mentioned before, it still remains broken.
I am surprised with increased user base that the calls are not flooding you?
What if you limited outbound routing to :
- calls with an *
- calls 3 digits
- calls 7 digits
- calls 10 digits
- calls 11 digits
Use those points as a filter criteria.
Break the outbound routing into those categories,
so one 3 digit number never applies to four or more.
I think you do all this at some switch level?
Is there flexibility to filter the calls like I suggest?

Awesome! This is working now. I had 411 going to AT&T free directory assistance and previously, any number 411 was being routed improperly. After trying several numbers containing 411, I can say it seems to be fixed. Now if ticket THK-163478 could be figured out, I'd be a totally happy camper.Quote:
