Re: Want to test something?
As far as I could tell, everything seemed to work. One quirk I found, though, was that when I opened up my ticket logs, I sometimes got directed back to "secure.voipo.com" instead of "cp.voipo.com". You may have a hardcoded URL somewhere that needs attention...

I noticed it going back to secure.voipo.com when clicking on Contacts or Preferences.
Re: Want to test something?
Maybe this was already corrected, as I didn't experience it. Works fine here..
I might mention something I suggested about a year ago.
Whe you open up the CP and the login screen appears, it would be nice to already have the cursor blinking in the username field. Otherwise, you have to point the cursor in the field and then move to the keyboard to make the entries.
I don't think this should be a difficult thing to program.

Same thing happened to me.. otherwise it looks good.
Re: Want to test something?
Does this seem to load any faster/slower for you guys?
Re: Want to test something?
Never thought about it till now, but my perception is that it appears a bit faster...especially the call logs...

Everything but Usage seemed faster. That tab seemed slower when I tried it.
(Was testing with the Express account.)
When testing with the Residential account, I noticed that both the Preferences and Contacts subcategories tossed me to the secure.voipo.com page, but I was allowed to simply press the back function to re-enter the still active test panel! That _really_ surprised me with VOIPo. Normally out means out.
Re: Want to test something?
Load time on Call History was very slow, but I can't say it was slower than the regular site. Like others, I was kicked out to the secure.voipo.com login when I clicked Contacts and Preferences.
Re: Want to test something?
Call history is always slow. Please default it to the last 24 hours and let people use the available options there to search for other times if they want to. That would speed it up 500% :)
Re: Want to test something?
Under support, More Tickets took me to
Code:
https://secure.voipo.com/support/showPage/1
But it showed the login prompt.
A few times I was shown a login prompt, but hitting back kept me logged in.
Also I closed the page, and reopened it, and I was logged in.
(vPanel won't do that but most site work that way.)
I could not really see any cosmetic differences.
Re: Want to test something?
I must be doing something wrong. In the new CP since Tim's announcement, I have tried every possible combination of selections and it hasn't missed yet.
What could possibly be the difference between my access and those of yours that have the problems?

I'm using IE8. Possibly the browser makes a difference. For example, I found that certain pages wouldn't work right until I put my browser in "compatibility mode" for the voipo.com site. I've also noticed that the smiley icons on the "Reply to Thread" page do not display properly.
Re: Want to test something?

I use the same.
Re: Want to test something?
3.0.11 is out. There were a couple of security/stability issues which were resolved.
Re: Want to test something?
3.0.11 here (On Vista64)
Wondering the effect of vPanel open in another Tab?

None. I had two tabs open all night while working on the api.
Re: Want to test something?
I typically have 7 tabs open all the time..no problems.

LOL 7 misc tabs or 7 vpanel tabs. :p
I actually had two vpanel tabs open (one to the new link and one to the old).
Re: Want to test something?
Lucky 13 tabs at the moment here :)

Same problem with reaching Contacts and Preferences: it bounces me out to the old vPanel.
