Call waiting not working?

When I am on the line with someone and there is someone else trying to call me...I get a beep telling me there is another call so I take it by hitting flash...when I do it beeps twice and cuts off that caller...I was wondering if my config was not correct. Btw my ATA is behind the router (I know this isnt recommended but everthing is working like it should except this little problem). Also I placed my ATA in DMZ mode on my router. Thank You.

Check to see that you have the latest firmware..1.0.1.21

If you have an earlier version, that may be your problem.

I upgraded the ATA to 1.0.1.21 but the problems still persists...

This may sound silly, but you did reboot the ATA after the upgrade?

No, but I will do it and see if that fixes it...
