FXS 1 unregistering?

Does anyone else have this problem?...sometimes the device will spontaneously unregister (fxs 1 but not 2) overnight...I was told on live chat that it is a bug in the system and it is being worked on. I hope it gets fixed soon...I am being yelled at by a lot of people

I have no idea if my issue tonight is related but everything was fine when I went to work at noon cst and when I called my wife tonight the calls were being redirected to my fail over number. I tried 3 calls from my cell to the house then had her unplug the ATA and that seems to have fixed it for the time being.

I am not submitting a ticket but I know my internet was fine. I just assumed it was some random error.
