    Default Database Issue - 11AM CST

    Earlier today, we had a database replication issue at around 11AM. It caused many database lookups to fail for a few minutes.

    While that's a pretty short period of time, it could have affected some users if you were making a call during that time or if your device was attempting to re-register during that time while the backup replication caught up.

    At this point, it doesn't look like it affected many customers at all.

    If you noticed an issue, it is likely related to that. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused if it did impact you.

    Thanks for all of the communication. You and your team are just great. I could not make an outgoing call, probably around that time now that you mention it. That was probably the issue
