Voicemail won't delete from CP?

I am trying to delete a voicemail from the CP and it doesn't seem to want to delete. Anyone else seeing this?

I am going to open another ticket, but this seems to be occuring again. Just tried twice, no dice in deleting the VM. Can this be fixed on a permanent basis?
