Virtual Number vs. Cloud Number

My mother passed away and I would like to keep the family number and forward it to my VOIPo phone. Is there a difference between Virtual numbers and Cloud numbers? The price looks to be the same. Cloud numbers mention that a port option is available which I don't see on the Virtual number page? Any information on the two types of number would be appreciated.

I’ve used both and noticed that with Cloud Numbers, calls go straight to voicemail unless you set it to forward, while Virtual Numbers ring through like your main line. My voip provider made it easy to manage both through the control panel, but if you want something that acts like a real extra line, the Virtual Number feels more functional.
