Voicemail Issues ?

I had a couple people tell me that their calls would ring for a bit, then go to a disconnect tone. Just wondering if there are any issues with voicemail ? I did submit a ticket just in case.

We had a slight issue earlier where some calls were going to one of our fail over servers in which case was not 100% rolled out and authorized to use some of our beta features. This has since then been resolved, please do let us know if your still continuing to see any issues with this, thanks!
