If you remember one or more of the calls that got dropped, be sure to include the call reference IDs as part of your support ticket. (Click either the From or To number in the call log for the call that got dropped, and you'll see the call ID - looks like this: 70c59b857f3c82e0573e99a35d4d134d@sip-east01.voipwelcome.com or ATLMGC0190391521208635021067@209.244.63.45 ... ) FWIW, I doubt the number (before the @) has any significance to anyone outside Voipo, including fellow customers, but I changed some of the digits in both examples to appease my paranoia.![]()
