I get it on every freakin' message. Probably a permissions error.

I agree that there should be instructions in the vPanel. However, you will find a lot of answers in the knowledgebase at http://www.voipo.com/support.php

Even the KB is wrong. it says "dial 123 from your VOIPO phone to access voice mail menu" when it should be *123. That would drive anyone who actually read it nuts.

*123 or 123 will both work

I SWEAR 123 didn't work yesterday but does now! All I got was dead air.

For that matter my voicemail didn't work at all yesterday (got voice message saying "goodbye" as soon as it answered) but does today.

    Arghhhh! Must be my dementia.

Gee, new user here, months after this posting. I spent way too much time rummaging in the Forum to find basic VoiceMail 101 usage instructions, such as how to access from my cell phone. It seems to be "0", contrary to the above.

Why in the heck isn't there a new user document or geeze, even a help menu in Vpanel?

That's something most people have been waiting/asking for for a very long time.

Wow. NOT a good first impression. How long would it take to post such a thing? 30 minutes? Gee.
