I tried to use a softphone today and it dident send / recieve all calls. My internet was stabel and i know its configed right its just not sending and recieving all calls. What might be causing this and how can i fix it?

I know that my ISP provider has the modem set to "sleep" within a certain time with no activity.
Make sure the poll time is below what your ISP has.
