Some number are a digit short of a proper DID! (9 digits -- not 10)

I noticed that in my reseller account as well yesterday.

Looks like maybe 15 or so affected numbers out of probably 100+ that show up in the drop down list. Didn't identify any obvious rhyme or reason, such as truncated 0's or anything like that.

This looks good now... I tested assigning a new number last night, and did not find any rogue numbers < 10 digits long.
