Hey tim the usage limits are non existing and phone service out
I just looked into this for you. For some reason the auto suspension had kicked in for your reseller account. Today was the anniversary so it would "renew" today but it should have just debited the balance.
I unsuspended it now and need to have a developer look into that tomorrow to see why.
(WHMCS Can be a PAIN for emailing)
It took it out of the balance yesterday and thanks tim!
