    Default Missing Support Tickets

    My reseller support issues recently vanished.

    Thought it was temporary - I've clicked accounts Tab and had none, clicked again and they are back immediately. The actual tickets seem gone.

    Could it be related to:
    My ticket to change my email contact name (again) for the Reseller account?
    The Ticket was titled "Easy"

    The new email change I requested went through.
    Somehow I think this is related, and being addressed.
