Oh it is? Thought it depended on where the number came from or something

    1. Toll Free outbound: Free
    2. VOIPo to Reseller: Free
    3. Reseller to VOIPo: Free
    4. Reseller to different Reseller: Free
    5. Same Reseller to Same Reseller: Free
    6. Reseller Main account to USA and Canada: Free
    7. Inbound and Outbound SIP calls: Free

Only Toll Free calls hit the PSTN infrastructure.

The only thing I see that might break this is ...
the post suggesting private label URL.

That might affect points 2, 3 & 4 if VOIPo chooses to charge.

Tim can confirm or correct my assumptions.

The one thing that still bugs me, is the missing call records for these calls that bypass PSTN. If there are call completion issues internally, there will be no Call Reference ID.

Also occasionally, there are issues calling Reseller to VOIPo numbers. These can be corrected by calling the SIP address of the troublesome number. This again would give away our relationship to VOIPo if such a work-around was needed by a customer and we use the same SIP URL for inbound calls.

'Occasionally' may be a misnomer. The routing straight to Voice Mail seems consistent, when it happens. It does not happen to all Reseller to VOIPo accounts.
