Can we request to have some of our support tickets deleted? I have some that I no longer need and neither does voipo and i like to go back and re read certain tickets. Just would be nice to have some deleted.

Maybe a favorites tag with a view of just those?
I would still like to see them chronological, but a separate view for Closed Tickets.
Another way would be a filter that selected a category:
- Closed
- Hold
- Open
- Pending Customer Response
- Tagged Favorite (maybe?)
