Is there a way a reseller can run a trace on a certain call? (Random Question)
Like the way you guys can use a call ref id to find bugs and such.
That doesn't show anything that would be useful for you guys really. That just shows how the call flowed through the VOIPo network (we have many many many servers besides the sip servers like feature servers, simul ring servers, etc) and the upstream carrier partners involved), etc. So as an example we may see it went through a particular carrier partner and re-route that destination to another. Without access to all the stuff the trace shows, they don't really have any info that would be of any use.
