Softphone Question

Im trying to setup this softphone and it does not want to register. Could you tell me what the following should be?

Extension:
It wants the IP of my SIP/PBX Server: (Can voipo provide that)
THats the only 2 i think is wrong

You would use the SIP credentials provided in your control panel for a softphone.

Depending on the softphone, you would likely use sip.voipwelcome.com for the server name and your phone number as the extension

Its not wanting to work unless i provide a IP address for the SIP server

You could always try the IP you get from pinging sip.voipwelcome.com if it's just the IP.

Unfortunately we can't really provide help for 3rd party software or services beyond the SIP credentials in the control panel if it's something else. You may be able to find some info/help in the BYOD (bring your own device) forum.
