    Hey Guys,

    I've been told all usage charges should now be billing correctly with the reported bugs fixed as far as we know.

    Please make test calls to verify.

    Things to keep in mind:

    On Network - Billed at $0, may not show up in call logs due to other pending bug.

    SIP - Billed at $0

    Included Account Usage - Billed at $0

    Only bug I have found was international calling not being billed correctly this however has been resolved by Brandon.

    • My upcoming transactions do not list E911 as upcoming except one number.
      • Ticket ID: VBI-416026 (open)



    • Last time I was billed for my Included Account it was $1 for DID
      • Ticket ID: OHQ-335593 (Closed as fixed)
      • Next opportunity expected 3/18 to see what happens.



    • Erroneous number porting fee
      • There was a reply, but still open
      • Even though its fake money, it still feels wrong that the charge is still there.
      • Ticket ID: DFF-696881 (open)

    • CURRENTLY:
      • IN PSTN TOLL-FREE 1 minute @ $0.02500000 - $0.025
      • OUT ON NETWORK 1 minute @ $0.00000000 - $0.000
      • USF Fee 7.3% - 0.00252
      • $0.025 + 0.00252 = 0.02752 BUT gets billed 0.033
      • (No ticket for this one.)
      • 02/22/2010

    • BEFORE:
      • IN PSTN TOLL-FREE 1 minute @ $0.02500000 - $0.025
      • OUT ON NETWORK 1 minute @ $0.00000000 - $0.000
      • USF Fee 7.3% - 0.00210
      • $0.025 + $0.00210 = 0.02710 AND charged $0.027
      • 01/08/2010

    • NOT SURE:
      • $0.0250 * 0.073 = 0.001825 (not 0.00210, not 0.00252)
      • Looks like it needs another look.

    USF Rate has been changed looks like a frontend display issue.

    Try calculating with .084.

    Sorry, USF changes every quarter. Currently we are using 8.4%.

    This is now showing properly for the newest billing.
    The older billing must have been a bit more than 7.3% too.
    Moving forward, it looks like it adds up now.

    All should be fine going forward.

    The E911 billing on "Upcoming Transaction" will not show for some older accounts before billing was reworked a bit. This is not an issue with newly created accounts.

    I see minutes used are decrementing Reseller Account balance in real time now?
    For a while it just seemed like the monthly renewals were happening.
