    Default Really Confused Here

Alright so my Reseller line has been moved over to a VoIPo line since its unlimited (A change i think they did to everyone) Now today I contacted voipo support and they couldn't support a "Reseller" line and then I was going to test one of the LA servers or something and reseller lines cant participate. I dont get it I thought it was a VoIPo line?

The big thing to remember is that we have not launched the service yet.

Since we do not provide support during the BETA, our support reps have no access to any information regarding reseller accounts (including resold accounts or the included accounts).

They are not able to help with anything related to the reseller program at all.

Once we begin offering support, our support center will be trained and given access to things related to the reseller program.

Oh ok I thought that the Main line (included) was already transferred to voipo. Thank you for clearing some things up! Also what would the provisioning rule be because my router is not provisioning correct. (Cuz I reset it instead of reboot on accident)

    E-mail reseller@voipo.com with the info on account/device.
