I also like to dig into my PCs that I am constantly building and rebuilding and my routers that I have changed the programming 100 times, but each year, I get less concerned unless something flat out doesn't work.

I had what appeared to be a lost packet problem with my DSL, and after struggling with their so called support, resolved myself to the fact that the service worked as it should and was reliable, etc. , notwithstanding ATT's billing system, which has never and will never work.
