No problems here. I called Directv's 800 number last night and was on the phone for over 20 minutes. I rarely call toll free numbers but haven't noticed any issues before. Since you are BYOD and support indicated the problem was not on their end, unfortunately you are left on your own to resolve the problem with your ATA/softphone.
