What is really needed is a separate page similar, but allow the Reseller to use formulas.

Domestic               International               Sum
=domesic * markup      =international * markup     =Domestic + International

And allow exporting.
Perhaps optionally tag on call history. (A Radio Button)
(Just thinking .... don't have a Reseller account since the Beta ended.)

Really ... just build an API and let users do the manipulation of data is the best answer.
