I'm pretty sure the account resets to -0- usage at the end of each month around midnight GMT.

Assuming the midnight GMT hasn't changed since I last tested, and you're client is in North America, I believe the usage counter would reset on the last day of the month, roughly around 4p to 8p, depending upon your time zone and DST rules (if my quick math is correct).
