    Default Issue with incoming calls

I have a VOIPo provided ATA in my house and I am now trying to also setup a PIAF box.

Both devices are in the same LAN and behind the same router. I have no port forwarding setup on the router for either device. When I have my PIAF trunk active and a call comes inbound, only the PIAF extensions ring. As soon as I disable the PIAF trunk, my regular VOIPo ata works.

I have checked the PIAF lof to ensure it is not actually answering the incoming SIP before ringing my extensions. So it seems that VOIPo will not simultaneously ring the ATA and BYOD when both are registering. At least not behind the same router and in the same LAN.

We will send an INVITE to all locations registered concurrently for a given user.

Do you have a Call Reference ID? You can grab this from your Call History for the applicable call by clicking on Call From or Call To phone number for that call.

    Thanks!
