    Default Help with BYOD SPA2102

Can anyone offer some suggestions? Trying to use a Line 1 of a SPA2102 for BYOD. Have set a static IP address and set to DMZ through the router. The ATA registers and can dial out just fine with good audio. It does ring on incoming calls, but there is no audio when answered. Line 2 is on another provider and incoming/outgoing works well.
Went back to the Voipo HT502 and all works well both ways.

You should also try to set port forwarding on these ports... 5004-65000

I'm using my 2102 at the moment and have no problems with this. I don't like DMZ and never had to use it.

Also check to see that SIP ALG and SPI are not enabled. This is clearly an NAT issue: the adapter is not being properly identified for the inbound audio stream.

I'm working. Did a factory reset, then configured only the necessary items. Must have had something incompatible. Using firmware 5.2.12

Wondering about NAT Keep-Alive. Currently NO.
Also what is the recommend Register Expire time - I'm at 190 seconds

    Thanks for the comments.
