    Default What can be expected?

As you roll out features and such .... (PUBLICLY)

I see the vPanel shows a balance of -0.03
Are us beta testers going to see fees any time soon?

Although you are rolling out FAX
Is this something you wish us to continue to test?

I am just trying to anticipate what to expect and how soon.

One thing you might be tired of hearing from me, is a second line on the main account. I am tempted to try the following setup:

    Line#1 VOIPo Grandstream Account
    Line#2 FreeWorldDialup on a SPA2000

Call forward if busy to the FWD sip address
Set the outbound as VOIPo if I am allowed to do that?
Forward my Packet8 account to Line#1

Would that get me what I am looking for?
Is it something I can do?
Is there better ways to do this?
I really want the same look and feel on both lines.
I don't need more than one DID for people to learn.
Packet8 would likely go away at some point in the future
(Disconnect fee concern and possible number port before dumping.)

Using VOIPo services since February 2007

    Companies I've tried
    iConnectHere|Vonage|BroadvoxDirect|Vonage|Packet8| VOIPo
    VOIPo is a keeper!

    1) Ignore balances in the control panel. Everyone is on random "packages" so we can check over their accounts and see that the billing system calculated things correctly for their package. That way there is some inconsistency in there.

    2) I don't see a problem with the setup you're mentioning.

    3) In terms of testing, the fax seems 99% stable at this point, but feel free to test any of our services...the sooner we find bugs or make improvements, the better.

What we are about to start focusing on this coming week is the residential side of things. If you guys want to start going through it testing, that would be helpful. We're working on 911 address recognition/error correction and a few other things related today.

I do not see the forward option I need.
I want to forward on busy, to a FreeWorldDialup SIP number.
I also want no answer to time-out to the VOIPo voice mail.

I don't see any way to disable Call waiting.
And it looks like a permanent forward is the only option.

Sorry I didn't read well enough. The forwarding we currently have is just all or nothing, yes.

Not sure this would do what you're asking in that case.

Can you improve the forwarding options?
Most can do some form of that. The difference is VOIPo can do SIP addresses.
