Transfer calls while in a conversation

Just wondering if there is a way to transfer calls from one handset to another while in a conversation? For example, if I use Simulring / FindMe and pick the call up on my mobile phone (after the call is forwarded there) can I send the call back to my deskphone and pick up the same call there? I know this was a Google Voice feature but am wondering if it is available here as well?
