Default Replacements for a defective Grandstream?

After a couple years of service my voipo-supplied Grandstream HT702 has developed an internal failure on one of the telco ports.

Voipo wants $50 to replace it.

So, if I decide to go buy my own adapter instead, what would be some good ones to look at?

Do you have a ticket number? We provide free replacements if it's just a device failure and wasn't damaged by the user or connected to house wiring.

Please e-mail me at tim@voipo.com with your ticket number so I can pull up your account and take a look to see why support is trying to bill for it and if we can get you a free replacement since you've been a customer for a few years.
