From time to time, I've noticed that I do not receive some voipo support ticket replies via email.

I can see these missing ticket replies if I log into the support ticket control panel. Just not in my email inbox, spam folder, etc.

Example: today, I received 2 out of 3 FOC port updates. The 3rd FOC update shows in the control panel ticket, but I can't find the email.

I've even created a new, dedicated email account for the sole purpose of receiving voipo email. Address is not used for anything else. Same result.

This all tends to make me suspect the problem is on the sender's side. But voipo shows the emails as "delivered".

So I just wanted to see if I'm alone on this, or if anyone else might be experiencing something similar.
