Resolved: Incoming Call Issues
We had an issue today where some new servers were added, but the timezones were not synced up. This was causing one of the core systems to drop registrations.
This should be completely corrected now.
Periodically some calls would have went to your failover destination (be it a number or a voicemail box) as defined in vPanel. No calls would have been lost.
This also would not have affected Express customers as they don't register with our servers.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused for anyone.
