    I use Bria without issues over wifi through my iphone or standard cell service... i have never tried a "hotspot" device. My guess is this with a "hotspot" its the same service that your phone offers, yes its "4G" but that doesnt mean the G711 coding is supported by 4G.

    I use Bria on Android and it works just fine on 4G LTE with ATT. I think verizon might block voip ports?
