On a recent trip I noticed this site is not available from out of county IP numbers. If spam is a concern, maybe a log-in feature could be considered.

Strangely, for several months it wasn't available from my office, either (servers are in Colorado, USA). voipo.com was available, but forums.voipo.com somehow wasn't in DNS. Then - a few weeks back - it suddenly showed up.
