    Default Call Logs

    Hey Guys,

    We are in the final stages of migrating everyone to our production systems. The call log engine has been completely redone and is now stable and scalable and instant.

    In order to prevent affecting service on the codeblue system, we did not modify it or include it in the new CDR system. Codeblue is using the old CDR method which updates every 30 minutes.

    The call log tab in your vPanel is now for call logs generated on the new system (which you all can migrate to shortly).

    As a temporary measure, we put another link up as a subnav option under Call History which is for the old CDR system which handles the codeblue logs.

    If you are using codeblue, you will need to use that to access its call logs.


    More info will be posted over the next few day about the new production migration and the new functionality and features available.

    This should be a very painless migration and will be automatic for those of you using VOIPo provisioned Grandstream ATAs.

    Today, the call logs are appearing much more timely in Zeus.

    I see you've rearranged some of the toolbar selections, as well as on the sub-toolbar.

    The voice mail selection appearance is instant, where yesterday, it was sluggish..

    Looks like whatever you are doing is working well..
