Thanks. Next time it happens, I will e-mail the specifics of the call. So far in each case, it was a telemarketer call that I wanted to block, but the number never showed in the log. It did show in caller ID.

This has happened to me several times that I am aware of since Feb and I don't use it that often. Have reported that last two incidents to tech support.
