Existing routing choices:

Whitelist
Blacklist
Busy Signal
Disconnected
Voicemail
Forward

Can VOIPo consider adding

Voicemail - no SMS

If I can apply that to less important Groups,
then SMS is a desirable option.

It could probably be added later, but is a little harder since it's a voicemail preference vs just call handling.
