Add yet another routing option. "Ring Phone"
Allow it to not ring if DND is on - unlike "Whitelist".

So that would mean looking for:

  • Whitelist
  • Blacklist
  • Busy Signal
  • Disconnected
  • Voicemail
  • Forward
  • Forward-on-Busy [ simple call hunt ]
  • Voicemail-no-SMS
  • Ring Phone
  • Forward by DID [ virtual/primary to sip ]
