Call History/Zeus Migration
At this point, we are using the new call rating engine 100% and request that everyone migrates to zeus at this time which uses the new CDR engine. CDRs from codeblue are no longer being collected for display. You must be using the production system for CDR access going forward.
It provides real-time CDRs and includes status information for the calls.
If you are a provisioned Grandstream user, we've already migrated you.
If you are using codeblue, we recommend you move to zeus.voipwelcome.com at this time.
Next week we will migrate everyone to production and introduce you to our launch plans.
