Please PM me your account username as well as an example Call Reference ID in order that I may further investigate.
The Call Reference ID can be obtained via your call history and clicking on Call From or Call To phone number for the applicable call history entry.

Thanks for your offer to look into this situation. Tier two support triggered a software update on the HT502 to the latest firmware(1.0.7.6). This seems to have solved the disconnect issue. The previous firmware was several revisions from current. Time will tell if the update is a permanent fix. Could have been a corrupted firmware that was fixed with the update
I notice that the auto-update feature is not enabled for these devices, so it is a manual trigger.
